This is just a parking lot. No amenities and no fees. Parking is for the water park. Waterpark is so moderate that the car will not easily filled. 1x per week there is on site parking behind a big market. Then the car gets well quickly. Walking distance to the beach is very large. Center of town is fine (busy and fun).
