Excelsior

Small campsite, lots of permanent campers, on the border with Slovenia, not far from the main road. The sanitary facilities have seen better days, but are clean. The owner runs a small kiosk. I think the price (€40 camper and 2 people, €7 each additional person, €3 dog) is overpriced for the condition and the location. For us it was an alternative location because everything in Trieste was full. I wouldn't go there specifically again.
