Camping San Bartelomeo

The staff is friendly and helpful. What really disappointed us was the lack of hot water at the dishwashing areas. The sanitary facilities are really outdated and in dire need of an upgrade. You are close to the sea, though. We also noticed how quiet it is at night; even the road that runs in front of the campsite didn't bother us.

We love these kinds of relaxed, somewhat cluttered campsites. A very spacious site under the trees, within walking distance of the sea/beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Sanitary facilities are basic but clean. The two toilet blocks I visited had regular toilets. We were told immediately upon check-in that there was no toilet paper. The food in the restaurant is delicious and affordable. It's quiet at night (Mon-Tue).

Positive: Adriatic Sea nearby, delicious pizzas from the camping restaurant. Negative: old camping (1965), never modernized, poor sanitary facilities, squat toilets, curtains for the shower, no hot water at the sinks, a lot of noise pollution from the adjacent road and from a large beach bar (booming music) a little further away and live music on the camping until 11 o'clock in the weekend.
