Especially/only interesting if you want to visit the gardens of Ninfa. (weekend!) Sermoneta by bike?😳 Daughter Roberta not seen, but easily accessible via e-mail. Father visits regularly. Sanitary moderate / good. €25 per night instead of €20 as described! We think it's too expensive for what's there.

A very nice quiet place, Roberta and her father are committed and take care of everything, they even drove us to the train in Latina and picked us up again so we could visit Rome (in 35 min Latina-Rome Termini). We bought organic fruit and vegetables - delicious! shower and toilet clean, washing machine available, Highly recommended, we would come back in a heartbeat!
