Agriturismo Fattoria Franciola

Lots of cats, the nicest couple, beautiful views, a lovely yellow route to Proceno, which more than compensates for the limited restroom facilities. Not suitable for vans longer than 5 meters, also because of the road and the many trees on the property. No English, but hospitality.

After a tip from another camper van we drove here. A wonderful place to relax, with a view that regular campsites would be jealous of. Yes, and maybe not suitable to drive to with large white refrigerators, if I were the owner, I wouldn't even want them in my park to obstruct someone else's view. (sorry, but after a few bad experiences...) For us an unparalleled place, but that is very personal.

High time for an update. This site is difficult to find (poor signage) but it does exist. gem!! Rarely have we been able to enjoy such a great view directly from our place (just figure out where you want to be). Owner is super friendly, guides you around his domain with a glass of his own cultured wine and has a translation app on his phone. Plumbing is a joke. But where do you get a tub of home-grown tomatoes?
