Mixed experience, but worth the money. A lot of services, but facilities are old and outdated. Only 600W electricity and three toilets. Showers ok, lots are ok (with lights), personal service is really good. A lot of ambulance noise during day and late evening (several hospitals nearby), but somewhat quiet at night. Easy to reach Rome. Supermarket 200m away. Stray cats everywhere, but they were actually cute and not annoying.

a great place to visit Rome . Upon arrival it seems a bit noisy from traffic and trams and etc. but received kindly and received all text and explanations. but we were not bothered by the noise. Great location for getting into and out of the city by tram, bus, metro (35 minutes) and exploring Rome. Pay for tickets at the seat or directly in the means of transport with a card/smartphone.
