One star for the friendly manager and for the location (on a busier street and within easy walking distance of Luino). Other than that it doesn't stop there, sanitary facilities are dirty and broken. Outdoor shower provides hot water, 1 euro for 2 minutes. Asks 35 euros for 2 people in low season, provided us with electricity, which we received for free.

At first glance it looks a bit shabby. Once inside a fine and beautifully maintained camper place with a view of the lake. The facilities are fine. The owner takes good care of the place.
