Area San Giovanni

Great, free overnight spot. Most of the rubbish has now been cleared away. Good starting point for sightseeing, within walking distance. Water and waste disposal facilities are available, but poorly maintained. No fresh water.

It took a bit of searching for a flat spot, but we eventually succeeded. Indeed, there was a lot of rubbish in the bushes. We slept well with our sliding windows open. No problems with ambient noise. We stayed here on a Saturday night. Fine for one night and for exploring the city during the day.

Water available, grey water defective, ok for one night
