Great place. Early evening some youth along the road on mopeds. Quiet in the evening and night. No lighting. Safe though. Dogs in the distance, they keep barking. Good night's sleep. Stood on the first piece because we were a bit too big. No problem encountered

Visited site today on our Etna trip and found only water tap, nothing else there. Wouldn’t use bbq, needs a good clean first. Was once a camp site but perhaps the narrow approach roads and bridge put people off. My 2.3 MH made it . It’s free, the town itself nothing special.
