Camping Park Baita Dolomiti

I wonder where Karin read the negative reviews, because this campsite has everything a camper could ask for. We had a fantastic bike ride on a mountain bike path, 15 and/or 30 km long, breathtaking!! It was lovely staying under the trees in the shade; a beautiful campsite, we will be back..

After reading quite a few negative reviews, I booked a night anyway; a reasonable price and the location is good. Sheltered spots and very clean sanitary facilities. Yes, there are squat toilets, but also plenty of normal ones. Many regular residents were absent this time, which obviously helps. I wouldn't stay there for 5 days, but it's fine for 1 or 2 nights; a supermarket is just under a kilometer away.

A very friendly campsite. You can choose your own spot, and there are plenty of trees for shade. All facilities are available. Some might find them a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Half of the toilets are squat toilets, while the other half are sit-down. The showers are powerful and wonderfully warm. There's a small bar for ice cream and drinks. A really nice place!
