I don't understand all these positive reviews, nice place but infested with mosquitoes and insects, outdated and dirty bathrooms, the employee only swept, never cleaned with detergents, the owners only accept cash payments, if you want to pay by card they turn black, so the receipts you can stay there.

Arrived on August 27, 2025. The welcome was warm and the areas with water and electricity were spacious enough and bordered by thick green hedges. The facilities were good, with toilet paper and hot showers. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. Corrado, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Thanks from Laura and Marco.

We're staying here now with a beautiful view of Monte Argentario. The super friendly manager does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The beach is nearby, but rocky and pebbly. A few hundred meters further, there's a beautiful beach called Domiziano. Cycling around the island is 38km away. Orbetello is accessible via a 5km bike path. The location is excellent, with good electricity, water on site, sanitary facilities, Wi-Fi, and a bread service. You can hear the road during the day, but it's quiet at night. The price for high season is 39 euros.
