Small and unusable as a camper, impossible to maneuver. Cars always parked in the camper spot! We emptied the toilet by taking it with a car, no comment.

Totally impossible to park occupied by car even if it is removed zone and in any case too small. I do not know how they can call it picnic area (Fishing -1)
