basic camping, fine for a few nights. Pizzas in the restaurant are good, the rest mediocre. Pisa is easy to reach by bike. You can possibly leave early in the morning (from 6:00 AM) to catch the boat to the islands.

we had a quick overnight stay here after the crossing from Corsica. We were still able to go at half past 10 and were received neatly and politely. A bit messy campsite where you have to pay extra for everything (showers, swimming pool, etc.) but with extensive facilities. not cheap. we paid 44.50 for 1 night, 2 adults and 2 kids
