We have been coming here for many years. This year we were very disappointed. It was much more pleasant here under the old management. The friendliness of the employees is no longer what it was. I think the booking system is a disaster. Booked, paid deposit and still didn't get the seats. The excuses were laughable. Plumbing definitely needs to be replaced. Since the place is always fully booked, you don't need to change anything🤷‍♀️

Downright rude reception at the entrance, the lady at reception still did her best, although she was also downright rude and not cooperative towards the customer in front of us. An expensive place, small but nice in terms of location. If they exchange the rude gentleman at the gate for a nice man who speaks several languages, things could be great.
