Slept wonderfully after a day of beautiful walking. Busy place for climbers and walkers. Make sure you arrive before 11 a.m. or after 5 p.m. for parking. Lift to the top and then walking is recommended and nice mountain huts at the top.
free! becomes quieter from around 5:00 PM. no water or electricity, you can go to the toilet at the restaurant. you can buy a lift pass. We took a beautiful walk to Rifugio Nuvolau (highest point) from the parking lot in 2.5 hours. Recommended!
Very well placed for a superb hike towards the Cinque Torres. The cable car for 17 euros one way avoids 500 meters of altitude difference. Beautiful walks up top to two huts with breathtaking views. It is advisable to arrive after 5 p.m. given the crowds during the day. A fresh water fountain. A small lake five minutes walk away.
