We were able to drive into the parking lot because it wasn't full yet. However, it turned out there was no space. So we drove out immediately but had to pay 5 euros.

The price becomes a standard 15.00 euros after a period of 5 hours, as we understood it. See previous review. We were a bit hesitant due to "burglary and attempted burglaries" read in earlier reviews. We chose this because dogs are not allowed on public transport, often not in taxis either, and taking them along on a bicycle is not an option. It is a regular parking space with the added extra of a clean water tap and "camper service". The city center is within walking distance. Traffic noise, not an unsafe neighborhood.

We stayed there for one night in June. It was okay for sightseeing in Verona. The parking spaces were so narrow that there was no room for seating. It's a shame about the beautiful park nearby, which is so littered and neglected. The tourist train tour was okay. We paid €15 instead of €10, but we don't know why. We were only there for 17 hours.
