Piejuras Kempings

We are here now and think it is a beautiful (city) campsite. You can choose between a place in the (large) forest or just on a nice plot. The cleaners are busy all day cleaning everything. There are sufficient sanitary facilities spread over the site and there are bins everywhere. There is not a speck of dirt to be seen anywhere. And all of this on the edge of Ventspils, which is more than worth cycling through for a day.

small plots, no value for money, sanitary facilities not very clean, no water connections , dump out dirty and farfar away some braisurgeon moving the lawn all afternoon ( making it really peaceful)

great big campsite with modern toilet block, which is kept sufficiently clean. beautiful walking area between campsite and sea. somewhat poor chemical toilet dump. but generally fine stay for 25 euros per night
