Hotel camping Ventaine

29/6/2022 beautifully situated on the bay with beach. restaurant at the campsite. Quiet now in preseason but will be busy in summer with little shade. sanitary facilities sufficient and clean. Camping is at a price: €33 for a camper and 2 people. There is a passenger and bicycle ferry from the campsite to the Curonian Spit. 1 km away good and special fish restaurant. What you get depends on the catch of the day.

Location is everything, but 25 euros for modest sanitary facilities and a rather unkempt overall impression, although there is also a hotel and restaurant on site, is simply too much.

We were here at the end of August and had a disappointing experience. On arrival the reception was unmanned. Nevertheless, we filled in a form and left it.
