Purple Eye Estate - Camp & Winery

Purple Eye is a special place, named after a small lake that, when viewed from above, forms an eye in the surroundings. The campsite is situated in a vineyard. Upon arrival, we received an invitation to taste Rakeija and to listen to the stories of old Dragon. He learned winemaking from his grandfather. The campsite is more than just an overnight stay. It is an experience.

What a particularly beautiful spot. We visited the winery's sort of museum, and you get the history included for free. You taste the wines and, of course, don't leave without buying a bottle. The red is particularly delicious. We also had dinner. Highly recommended, especially for the atmosphere!

Aside from a few vines, there's no special ambiance. The access is narrow with oncoming traffic. The restrooms could be improved. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak.
