Camping Buitenpret Witten

For campers it is a great camping opportunity if you want to stay on a campsite. We stayed there for 3 nights and you can hear the nearby TT circuit from a distance, where they also race outside the annual event. The facilities are indeed a bit outdated, but they are perfectly usable. The center of Assen is within cycling distance. We enjoyed another weekend!

step spots right on a busy street, no wifi and poor internet range, basic toilet facilities. Can notice that it is made suitable for TT goers. Long extension cable needed for your power which we happened to have with us. For peace and quiet you should not stand here, a lot of environmental noise (A28, busy main road where the campsite is lit, nightlife diagonally opposite the campsite).

Nice family campsite for motorhomes, caravans and tents. neat, clean showers and toilets. WiFi, electricity and the bicycles are allowed in the shed at night. 4.5 km by bike to the center of Assen.
