Great location! Everything is included. And yes, it's now 22 euros. That includes the toilet, shower, and electricity! The geese have been gone for a while now, so the grass is poop-free. Good cycling routes and restaurants within walking distance. Wonderfully peaceful sleep.

Great location. Electricity and plumbing are included. The only drawback is a totally unfriendly harbormaster. But this young city is a must-see if you're interested in modern architecture.
