Parking Haven Urk

A truly SUPER nice campsite with everything you could wish for. Beautiful sanitary facilities that would make many campsites jealous. We've been here many times, but this was the last time. The youngsters are incredibly misbehaving! Cars and scooters speed past and race across the harbor area. They stand behind your camper in the middle of the night, shouting at the top of their lungs. Such a shame, we loved coming here! J&L

Camper site in the harbor of Urk, almost in the old town center. Sanitary facilities rated 10+, but in my opinion, the pitches are a bit too narrow. Registration and payment are via a QR code, which works well. Overall, a great place to stay.

The location isn't actually bad, if it weren't for the constant swarming of cars and mopeds. I can't understand why nothing is being done about it. It's frightening how people speed here in a 30 km/h zone. They're racing each other, even on Sunday afternoons. Not only are they driving fast, they're also showing off who has the loudest car. Including deliberately induced misfires.
