Camperplaats bij camping De Braamberg

We had booked a camper pitch for €19; however, these spots in the parking lot were on gravel and very narrow. After consultation, we were allowed to stay on the campsite itself for €29. Both rates exclude tourist tax, and showers have to be paid for separately. Water can only be drawn at the campsite. For us, the price-quality ratio was not right. There is 1 men's toilet for every 40 pitches. The campsite is, however, beautifully situated by the (kite) beach and the Rijsterbos.

We spontaneously booked a weekend to go kitesurfing at the spot across the street and were warmly welcomed by Betty. The pitch was perfectly adequate in size, and the sanitary facilities were clean. There's a great barn where you can relax comfortably. You can order bread rolls if you like. It was a pleasure spending a weekend among chickens, cats, and sheep :) We'll be back! ...

Beautiful, spacious pitches in a field. Close to the water and next to a forest. Dining options within walking distance. Sanitary facilities are clean. However, I found €33 for 2 people, including tourist tax, to be very pricey for one night.
