This year marks our second time at Heerenzijl. What a warm welcome! Tjitske and Jeroen are incredibly sweet and helpful. Everything is well-maintained, and the sanitary facilities are spotless. Very spacious camping pitches (neatly mowed) and surrounded by nature with a lovely view of the harbor entrance. In the heart of a beautiful area in central Friesland (great for walking, cycling, and especially water sports). Highly recommended!!

We're having a wonderful time here! We're in pitch 15: sunny and with lovely shade from tall trees. From our pitch, we can see the boats leaving and returning from the harbor – a delightful sight. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean, and waste is neatly separated. The cheerful, warm welcome from the hostess completes the experience. A peaceful campsite where you can truly relax. Rent a boat here to explore the water. Visit the Kameleondorp Terherne.

We had a wonderful time again! We'll definitely be back, and hopefully for a longer stay! Beautiful location! Excellent bathroom facilities!
