Fantastic campsite, now on my 3rd and final night. Absolutely no disturbance from the COA, even 24-hour security! However, there was a group of campers sitting outside until late and talking/laughing loudly. Enjoyed the town, Vlieland, the view, the hustle and bustle at the lock, and the cooling breeze. Well worth €17.50, thanks Municipality of Harlingen.

The location relative to Harlingen is ideal, though the harbor view is expensive and very noisy. The residents of the asylum seeker boat are present in the evenings, walking around and making a lot of noise. However, the surrounding area for cycling and the walk to the city are great.
