Camping Koekoek en de waard

Small campsite. It looks a bit unkempt, but the friendly atmosphere makes up for it. Very friendly managers. Check-in is at the old telephone booth. The village of IJlst is just around the corner. Supermarket at the entrance to the campsite and the bakery is 500m away. Plenty of cycling opportunities in the area and if you are lucky (like us) you can rent a sloop and go boating all day. The toilet block is clean. Definitely a place to come back to.

Nice campsite in a beautiful spot, we will definitely come back again. The HY van, large tent, and unique phone booth check-in give it just that little bit of extra atmosphere. You can grab a nice bite to eat across the road, and the supermarket and bakery are nearby in the village.

Clearly a circular campsite. A green oasis along the water. The sanitary facilities were already partially closed the second week of September. Visitors to the adjacent harbor also use them. Two available showers are insufficient in those cases.
