Camperplaats Marinaveste Campevaer Sneek

Very nice site, reasonably close to Sneek Centre. I tried to book, but they will not take bookings, however if you ring in the morning, they will keep a place for you. Very helpful owners, reasonable cost €81.0 for 3 nights in September, but this is plus metered electric, I was unable to see how much was left on meter! It ran out on me twice, but there was some left for the next person on my pitch.

Sneek is a lovely city to visit, and the camper site is fine too. Everything is well-maintained and neatly organized. The reception was a bit lukewarm. One area for improvement is the lack of hot water for washing dishes and at the bathroom sink. Electricity is also billed separately. With all those solar panels on the roof, it would be nice to possibly include electricity in the rate. Otherwise, it is a beautiful and pleasant camper site that is certainly worth a visit.
