Holiday park Siblu Lauwersoog is an excellent destination for campers and campers looking for peace, nature and water fun. Situated on the Lauwersmeer and close to the Wadden area, the park offers an ideal base for exploring the beautiful nature.
For campers there are spacious camping spots, where you can enjoy a green, peaceful environment. After a day outside in nature, you can relax in your own spot or use the facilities of the park.
The area is ideal for walking and cycling tours, water sports and bird watching. You can also rent a boat to explore the Lauwersmeer or take a day trip to the Wadden Islands.

A distant welcome. A very large holiday resort with mobile homes and a small area reserved for campers and other vehicles. Spacious pitches, but it feels like you're in the middle of a village. Due to the size of the complex, the atmosphere is also informal. Close to the ferry to Schiermonnikoog and Lauwersmeer Nature Park. Bread delivery service. Beautiful and clean restrooms. You have to love it...

We had a few pitches to choose from, but some were already occupied, and reception wasn't up to par. The showers were lukewarm, and the spray head, almost 2.5 meters high, sprayed most of the water right next to me. Furthermore, this feels more like a chalet park than a campsite. They've changed so much to their detriment, and the camping atmosphere isn't what it used to be. We wanted to return after years, and that's a one-time thing, never again. I'd prefer not to give even one star.

camping the places are nice but the shower heads should be replaced spray in all directions except the good one and indeed lukewarm water. free wifi yes in the cottages but at the camping no reception at all the area there is nothing to do there nice to be there for a visit to Schiermonnikoog (which is very expensive e.g. 1 wine and a beer on the terrace €16) we moved to Dokkum a world of difference.
