The rate is high for what is offered. No water. No Wi-Fi. No waste disposal. Narrow pitches due to high concrete blocks.

Arrived at this place today and it is wonderfully quiet and green here. To do something with the dogs (3), we walked to Valkenburg, 4.5 km. Quite manageable. The supermarket is practically around the corner, 750m. The owner is super friendly and has nice ideas for the future. But it is also lovely to be here now. The grass is a bit higher, but no problem.
