CP with basic facilities! Friendly owner, but there is still a lot of work to be done here. Spots are laid out incorrectly, too narrow, the wooden beams that mark the border are slippery in wet weather and not good for the tires, people with mobility problems... Access road is a mud bath, fix this and you will have a nice CP. Busy road is not disturbing. Good luck with the work!
