Very nice welcome! Extensive explanation and they helped us consider our wishes. Great spots on field M and you are right in the center of Alkmaar.

Reception friendly, departure very unpleasant. My information was departure at 12:00. Due to circumstances, we didn't arrive at the barrier until 12:20. An unpleasant, very unfriendly German-speaking (!) woman snapped that we should have left by 11:30. No understanding (empty campsite) and not flexible. Rules are rules, she snapped, and held us hostage until we paid €5. Holiday memory totally ruined. Never coming back there again.
