Mini camping de Veenweide

Cosy mini-campsite in a favourable location, very quiet, but close to the nature reserves and Blokzijl (2.5 km). Giethoorn is also easy to reach with the bicycle ferry. The reception with coffee was pleasant. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated, but clean. So great for a few days in a beautiful nature reserve.

Beautiful place, lots of birds and a wonderful silence. The sanitary facilities are exactly what you need, clean, good hooks in the toilets and a lovely warm shower. Cafe restaurant Geertien in Muggenbeet is recommended if you want to eat well (6 km by bike), also has a beautiful terrace on the water. Although the campsite was not actually open yet, we were warmly welcomed!

Super friendly and warm welcome by Evert, Jettie and of course Kyra the dog. Hospitality top. Quiet, beautiful nature, clean sanitary facilities. Good wifi. We will definitely come back.
