Camperplaats De Bosweide

We stayed here for the third time last weekend; what a wonderfully quiet spot. The atmosphere was very pleasant. There was a new information booth and good washing-up facilities with good hot water. Good walking opportunities with the dog, and nice restaurants nearby, including some run by the State Forestry Service. The sanitary facilities look good. They do get a bit dirty, but this is unavoidable. The site was completely full the first weekend of October.

Visited De Bosweide last weekend; it had been on my favorites list for a while. Honestly, it is a top-notch place, with neat and tidy facilities and no arrival or departure times. The price/quality ratio exceeds expectations. Central location for cycling and walking tours. Hellendoorn and Nijverdal are within a short distance. The owners are helpful and hospitable. We will definitely be back...

This is how a camper site should be. No arrival or departure time. Spacious pitches, fairly priced, and a top location for cycling/walking. The excellent sanitary facilities are a bonus. And the tasty Magnums, of course 🤣
