    Dear Luke, On June 20, you booked by phone. You will receive a confirmation from us immediately after the telephone conversation. The reservation costs were clearly stated on that confirmation. You subsequently did not report anything about this and did not return to it until you checked in (days later). We have offered you to cancel free of charge, but you have chosen not to make use of this. You can also not expect that we charge different reservation costs depending on the number of nights or the camping equipment with which a guest comes. In addition, it was also clearly stated in the confirmation that the check-in time is 13.30 with us. However, you arrived early in the day and we made no problem of this. This is apparently not appreciated in hindsight. We hope that you still had a good time with us and would like to give you the tip that if you cannot afford the reservation costs and want to spend the night even cheaper, it is best to go on the spec.     nice location but it is really very expensive, โ‚ฌ95 for 2 nights, 2 adults 1 child and 1 dog, doesn't even come close to the โ‚ฌ17 indicated in the app.

    That probably includes the deposit for the pass (โ‚ฌ50). This will be refunded to your account upon departure.
