Camping de Oude Maas, recreatiepark

Discovered this fantastic camper site two years ago with beautiful pitches and views of the harbor or the Oude Maas. Nice sanitary building, and since last year, a toilet block with washing-up areas close to the peninsula. The Wi-Fi barely worked two years ago, almost not last year, and not at all this year. Electricity and water connections are fine. A great starting point for bike rides in the surrounding area and to Dordrecht. 5 stars next year if the Wi-Fi works.

Nice place, but today I paid 42 euros for a camper pitch where I couldn't even put up an awning (the pitch was too narrow), the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the shower worked well but the water kept turning hot and then immediately cold again, and to get water I had to press the button every 10 seconds.

We had wonderful days on the peninsula, including watching the ships. Everything was great and the staff were friendly. We'll definitely come back again.
