Are now at the campsite, the first time 25 years ago. Manager Jannie has everything under control and we appreciate her very much. Because of her we became interested in the relationship Sliedrecht and Ellewoutsdijk and started reading the book Versailles aan de Schelde by Anna van Suchtelen. Now we know a lot more about Ellewoutsdijk.

Beautiful, quiet campsite with spacious pitches located directly on the Western Scheldt. (no beach) Friendly welcome by Jannie who took all the time to show the available places. Beautiful area for cycling. Sanitary building top! Price €22 for 1 night 2 adults + €5 electricity + €1.60 tax No shop or bakery nearby, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet!

a very beautiful, well-maintained campsite. The lawns were soaking wet, but Jannie helped us find a suitable spot for the camper. A nice, warm welcome at this quiet campsite. You hear the Western Scheldt rushing. We will definitely come back when the weather is nice (and dry). everything super clean and maintained. also good food and...... in the village house.
