Tried to make a reservation online. Ultimately I managed to book place 23 and I received a message that the reservation had been received, I could see the status on the online page. After a day the status was still unknown, I sent an email asking what that meant. No reaction. Called several times, g.g. Finally contacted, madam would check it. An hour later the status is "cancelled". Without explanation, very bad!!!
