Fossen camping Fagernes

A lovely campsite with 6 beautiful bathrooms equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. When a bathroom is free, you select the right one in the hallway at the sort of ATM. Then you hold your debit card against it and pay 15 crowns. And then you can take plenty of time to shower—about 10 minutes, lovely. They thought of our four-legged friend too. Across the road is a fenced play area with toys for the dog. All in all, a nice, pleasant campsite.

Nice campsite with good facilities. We were allowed to choose our own spot. Unfortunately, the shower water was cold in the evening, but according to the owner, they are working on it. You can pay for the shower with your debit card at a small box (however, this was not mentioned at check-in). Otherwise, a nice atmosphere and a beautiful location by a small river. Walking the dog from the campsite is difficult, though.

The price of the campsite (we paid 300 NOK without electricity) and the sanitary facilities (15 NOK for 10 minutes) are particularly good. There are a few spots by the water, which are beautiful! We also used the washing machine (50 NOK). You can empty chemical toilets, but we couldn't find the grey water disposal point. Furthermore, it is a bit ‘messy’ with permanent pitches.
