Wathne Camping

Lucas is so hospitable, the campsite is beautifully situated by the water, and the sanitary facilities are very clean. We were passing through Norway and kept in touch via email. Upon arrival, we got the best spot. We were even allowed to light a fire in his BBQ with some wood, together with the children. Really awesome. Are you in the area? Highly recommended!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful location with good facilities. - Neat showers (the shower is nice and warm and has a strong stream) and sanitary facilities are also very tidy. Clean and well-maintained. - Spot close to the water with a view of the lake and the mountains behind it. - Friendly and helpful owner. - Possibility to rent a cottage and multiple camper pitches available. - Quiet spot in April. Definitely recommended.

We literally arrived with our campervan in the middle of the afternoon. The owner was very friendly and showed us a spot by the river with a view of the fjord. We were the only ones there. The campsite is fully equipped and incredibly well-maintained and clean! There were three brand-new sets of washer/dryers, which, to be honest, made us very happy after several days of rain. Both campervan/caravan sites and cabins are very welcoming.
