This is a beautiful location to stay. Unfortunately, there are currently (July 2026) signs stating that camping is not allowed. However, not everyone pays attention to that. You are allowed to park at the spot a few hundred meters to the west.

If you look around a bit, you will find a beautiful spot in this area. It is a great hiking area and the various views are breathtakingly beautiful. And a flowing river around the corner... this is exactly the reason for us to go to Norway and camp off-grid.

Great cp. Nice along the route and no traffic. Just find a straight spot. Campers are mixed up and not in rows. No facilities. Nice to take a walk. We stayed there for one night. Then there were 7 other campers and 2 tents.
