Camp Åkrafjorden

There is room for 4 to 5 campers by the lake. These gravel pitches are fantastic; you have a view of a beautiful lake, mountains, a waterfall, and even a small beach. The other pitches on the field are located along a busy road and are less atmospheric. The price for both pitches is the same: 350 NOK, excluding electricity (100 NOK). The sanitary facilities are dated and grubby. There are two new washing machines and dryers that can be used free of charge.

Great spot, sanitary facilities are okay, free washing machine and dryer. Located on a main road with quite a bit of truck traffic at night, very disturbing.

Fine campsite for one night; the welcome is warm, you can choose your own spot, and the facilities are okay. The location by the lake is amazing, especially with a view of the waterfalls on the opposite side. Unfortunately, I still missed the real camping feeling here.
