Ulvik Camping

Ulvik is a beautiful town in stunning surroundings. The campsite itself is subpar. The kitchen is downright filthy. The toilets and showers are very basic and not clean. An overflowing garbage container completes the picture.

Check in after 3 p.m. at the hotel across the street; you can already pitch at the campsite before that. A friendly welcome costs 350 kroner all-inclusive (shower, electricity, etc.). As mentioned before, I disagree. The sanitary building may be a bit outdated, but it's not like home; it was clean and tidy. If you arrive early, you can pitch by the water.

We share with others that it is a lovely spot on the fjord. However, the sanitary facilities are really far below standard! This makes the price (converted to over 30 euros) much too high.
