Camping Parque Municipal de Campismo

Poor, unkempt campsite. No hot water for washing dishes. Poorly maintained grounds with shoddy wooden stairs. It was also much more expensive than advertised. Two nights for a campervan, two people, and one dog cost over €60. Not recommended.

We stayed at this campsite for 2 nights to visit Coimbra, we thought the site was much better then the reviews, toilets and showers absolutely fine plenty of room. Staff at the reception very helpful with advice of getting into the city. Very easy access with the new Metro, it does finish at 8pm but uber back to the site €5

A great campsite for a few days. The restrooms are large and numerous, possibly because they're not very well-maintained; renovation would be advisable. There's a large swimming pool with good shower facilities. A friendly welcome. A campervan for two people with electricity costs €27 with an ACSI discount. Despite the hills, it's reasonably accessible by e-bike.
