Faro Campervan Park

Ricardo, our camp manager, was very helpful and courteous. Everything else was perfect. We stayed at the reservation site because of our quick-barking rescue dogs. This location is not recommended when the restaurant is grilling. Blue smoke when the wind is against us. A chimney could possibly be the cause. The food was delicious and inexpensive. We enjoyed our stay here for 10 days. G & L from the Netherlands.

Super friendly campsite manager. Dogs welcome. Bread roll delivery service to campers. Sanitary facilities very clean. Showers cost a reasonable 20 cents per minute. Airport nearby, but not bothersome. The main road is also not disruptive and very quiet at night. Beautiful biking and hiking area in the Ria Formosa Natural Park. A map of the bike trails in the park, including the one to Faro, was provided upon arrival. Price absolutely fair. Advisable to book in advance!

Beautiful, spacious, quiet campervan site. Shade/no shade available. Very friendly reception. Neat, clean shower for €1, great service. Paid for a toilet for €0.50, but most have it on board and can be emptied for fresh/dirty water, empty and refillable. Close to the airport - no disturbance. Close to the highway - also no disturbance. We will be back. The price is also competitively priced. 😆
