We stood in front of the gate here on May 1, but it was clearly not open yet. Access road is muddy and narrow, really only suitable for a camper van, motorcycle, bicycle or walker. Located in a beautiful place.

Small campsite on a river - no shops nearby so come prepared - centre of Manteigas: 5km.
