Conveniently located for visiting Cascais by bike or Lisbon by public transport. Lots of mosquitoes in early April. Sanitary facilities very old but reasonably clean. Places can be selected yourself and are of different sizes. Quite expensive for what is offered, but still cheaper than a hotel in the village. The bus to Cascais stops in front of the door, but to quote Shakira, he comes “whenever, wherever”.

Visited an Orbitur campsite for the second time. The first in Caparica where we ordered 2 beers in the bar and had to pay €3 for both beers. Ordered 2 beers in Cascais and had to pay €6.8. The campsites are owned by the same operator and are located 40 km apart. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ??? We also did not receive a receipt in Cascais. We seriously question this. Time for an investigation.
