We arrived today. The area for motorhomes proved adequate while shade was lacking. The toilets? The Gents? 4 toilets but only one with a plastic seat. No toiler-roll or soap dispensers. However, the sight, although needing some TLC & stopping dog owners, letting their mutts crap everywhere, is a favourite of ours. Why? It's quiet, outside school hols, and is adequate for our travels. Reception is really helpful, the supermarket & bar is good too.

A camper field between permanent pitches and bungalows. We found it lacking in atmosphere. Were there alone. Sanitary facilities older, clean, shower reasonably warm. Walking to Porto Covo: nice village, many restaurants. Also various walks (with dog) in the area. Restaurant A Ilha, 2 km right at reception, back via the beach and dunes. Delicious fresh food, dog allowed inside! Shop in Porto Covo.

we were here for three days in January. to our surprise we were 2 days very alone and 1 day with 2 mobile homes. we paid 20.5€ per night. the environment is wonderful. so many different cliffs. the campsite is outdated but clean. lots of regular campers. very friendly reception. a place to come back again. .
