Perfect spot for visiting Lisbon, currently free but the barriers are ready for installation, so will it still be free then? Overflow area at ferry parking

Quiet spot. Fill up with water, grey water, and empty toilets. One street away is the ferry to Lisbon, which takes you back for 6 euros. Great place to visit the city. Yes, you hear some traffic, but if that bothers you, there is the large parking lot a little further straight ahead.
