There is confusion between the official Gijon website (72 hours stay) & the aire sign says a 48 hour stay. My observation was that the card reader keeps breaking down not the electrical outputs, so if you want electricity & the card reader is working, buy 48 hours worth if you need it. My estimate of your chances of getting an official camper space with electricity at the moment are 1%. Many spaces are blocked by long termers & empty motorhomes

Beautiful place complete with everything but with a big problem due to the fact that the stop is scheduled for a period of 48 hours and not 48 days so itinerant travelers find the place difficult. It would require checks which in 48 hours I haven't seen why entrusting it to the common sense of the pseudo-camperists yields no fruit other than becoming masters of the place. However, if you are lucky enough to find a place it is worth it.
