Camping el Cares

Situated in a beautiful location in the Picos Mountains. Beautiful and diverse hiking trails can be accessed directly from the campsite. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The food in the campsite restaurant was well-prepared and delicious. The road to the campsite is in some parts in poor condition, but manageable. At the end of October/beginning of November, the campsite was wonderfully quiet, and all the views were stunning in the autumn colors.

A lovely campsite in a beautiful area. The Dutch couple who run it are very friendly, and the food in the restaurant is good, also suitable for vegetarians. You can pick up bread in the morning. We had a pleasant stay. The campsite is open year-round!

Complete chaos. Tents, campervans, and RVs crammed together with absolutely no privacy. They should refuse large RVs and only allow smaller ones; that would make the place much more pleasant.
